Wilde Women | Packaging + Poster Study

Packaging and poster related to assigned research project on the late 19th century in London

In researching 19th century London, I found myself drawn to the works of Oscar Wilde and William Morris and set out to create packaging and a custom monogram pattern for “Wilde Women,” a hypothetical cosmetics line that pairs the wisdom of Wilde with a 4 step beauty routine. This research additionally served to inform a poster design project limited to primary sources from the period and the typeface Fraktur.
